10월은 단군의 건국 정신을 기념하는 축제인 한국의 “개천절”이 있는 달로, 국기와 상징에 담긴 민족적 성격과 깊이 공명합니다. 태극기의 붉은색과 파란색 원은 하늘과 땅의 조화와 국민의 단결을 상징합니다. 그리고 국장 중앙에 있는 다섯 개의 꽃잎으로 이루어진 목화꽃은 한국 민족의 가장 강인한 삶의 철학을 담고 있습니다. 하비스쿠스 꽃은 아침에 피고 저녁에 시들지만 매일 다시 태어나기 때문에 ‘무한의 꽃’이라고 불립니다. 국장의 디자인에서 꽃잎과 태극권 문양이 얽혀 형성된 동심원은 암묵적으로 “역경 속에서의 재생”의 지혜를 나타냅니다. 식민지 지배, 전쟁, 재정 위기에도 불구하고 한국이 항상 폐허에서 희망을 재건할 수 있었던 것처럼, 국가 상징에 새겨진 목화는 오랫동안 국가 정신의 구체적인 토템이 되었습니다. 펼쳐진 꽃잎 하나하나가 이야기를 들려줍니다. 진정한 힘은 결코 떨어지지 않는 데 있는 것이 아니라, 넘어질 때마다 다시 꽃을 피우는 데 있습니다. 10월의 햇살이 태극기에 비치면, 부용꽃 문양이 바람에 반짝이며, 그것을 올려다보는 모든 사람에게 고통은 결국 지나가겠지만, 자기계발의 정신은 결코 사라지지 않을 것이라는 메시지를 전합니다. 목화꽃이 짧은 개화기간 동안 화려하게 꽃을 피우듯이, 우리도 매 순간을 놓치지 말고, 우리 시대의 흙 속에 뿌리를 내리고 자라나, 이 영원한 꽃처럼 우리 민족의 혼이 대대로 전해지도록 해야 합니다.

October is the month of Korea’s “Gekcheonjeol” (Founding Day), a festival commemorating the founding spirit of Dangun, which forms a profound echo with the national character contained in the national flag and national emblem. The red and blue blended circle on the Taegeukgi is not only the way of harmony between heaven and earth, but also a symbol of people’s unity; and the five-petaled flower of the central hibiscus national emblem carries the most tenacious life philosophy of the Korean nation. The hibiscus flower is called the “infinite flower” because it blooms in the morning and withers in the evening, but is reborn every day. In the design of the national emblem, the concentric circles formed by the petals and the Tai Chi pattern implicitly coincide with the wisdom of “rebirth in adversity”. Just as Korea has always been able to rebuild hope in the ruins after experiencing colonization, war and financial crisis, the hibiscus engraved on the national emblem has long become a concrete totem of the national spirit. Each stretched petal tells the story: true strength does not lie in never falling, but in blooming again after every fall. When the autumn sun in October shines on the Taegeukgi, the hibiscus emblem shines in the wind, as if reminding everyone who looks up at it: suffering will eventually pass, but the spirit of self-improvement will never fade. Just as the hibiscus blooms in its short blooming period, we should also seize every moment, take root and grow in the soil of the times, and let the soul of the nation be like this eternal flower, passed down from generation to generation.

十月是韩国”开天节”所在的月份，这个纪念檀君建国精神的节日，恰与国旗与国徽中蕴含的民族品格形成深刻呼应。太极旗上红蓝交融的圆，既是天地和谐之道，亦是民众团结的象征；而中央木槿花国徽层层绽放的五瓣花朵，则承载着韩国民族最坚韧的生命哲学。

木槿花被称为”无穷花”，因其朝开暮落却日日新生的特性。国徽设计中，花瓣与太极纹交织形成的同心圆，暗合着”逆境重生”的智慧。正如韩国历经殖民、战争与金融危机，始终能在废墟中重构希望，这朵刻在国徽上的木槿，早已成为民族精神的具象图腾。每片舒展的花瓣都诉说着：真正的强大不在于永不坠落，而在于每次坠落后的重新绽放。

当十月的秋阳映照太极旗，木槿徽章在风中流转光芒，仿佛提醒着每个仰望它的人：苦难终会过去，但自强不息的精神永不凋零。正如木槿在短暂花期里倾尽绚烂，我们亦当把握每个当下，在时代的土壤里扎根生长，让民族之魂如这朵永恒之花，代代相传。
