On June 26, 2022, the Teachers of Shenzhen Lions Club held the 10th regular meeting of 2021-2022 and the warm-up activity of “Retracing the Xijing Ancient Road”. Jiang Xiezhen, the head of the lecturers and more than 30 lecturers attended the regular meeting and activities. The regular meeting was chaired by Deputy head Zhou Fuhui and presided over by Qian Lin.
The group originally planned to organize a tour in June to organize lecturers to carry out the activity of “retracing the Xijing Ancient Road”. Lecturers not only need to grind lessons and deliver lessons, but also need to communicate feelings in a relaxed environment to enhance the cohesion of the lecturers. Due to the epidemic, we had to regrettably reschedule the trip. However, the hike on Yantian Plank Road was added during this regular meeting as a warm-up for the Xijing Ancient Road trip.
On the morning of June 26, the lectuaries set out from the Yantian Seafood Street and walked along the seaside boardwalk to Dameisha. They felt the sea breeze in the blue blue of the sea and sky, brushing away their busyness and relieving their tension. Watching the sea in the mountains, you can not only enjoy the beautiful scenery of the seaside boardwalk, but also communicate with each other and enhance understanding during the hike. The First Vice president of the Shenzhen Lions Club Peng Daojian, the second vice president Nie Xiangdong, the deputy chief Supervisor Deng Yi, the chief financial Officer Xu Qiubin, the chief secretary Tan Fei, the district chairmen Yu Xiaoping and Jin Qian, the supervisors Tang Haozhi and Wang Xuebo came to support this walking activity.
In the afternoon, the teachers group held internal training and regular meeting. Brother Huang Yiqun taught the demonstration class “The Organizational Structure of Lions Club and the Duties of Cadres”. The focus of the sharing was that the lecturer should make preparation for the class by combining the training objectives, the characteristics of the audience and the information collection. He taught the content and definition of the demonstration class with simple language and vivid and effective cases. From the domestic characteristics of Lions Clubs in China, to the organizational structure and cadre responsibilities of Lions Clubs in Shenzhen, he organized and guided the students to clearly understand the logic that “organizational structure is to serve the vision and mission of the organization”.
At 5:30 p.m., the 10th regular meeting of this year began on time. In June, the head of duty Zhou Fuhui reported the class delivery service and the internal training of the lecturers and other work in this month. Ye Wenqin makes financial report, the content is simple and clear.
In the summary, Jiang Xiezhen thanked the lecturers of the preparatory group for their careful efforts in the early stage, especially the two lion brothers Hu Xin and Chen Zong for the safety implementation of the group.
