Em um mundo repleto de incertezas, precisamos ainda mais desse tipo de “sabedoria da moldura” – para acomodar a individualidade e aderir aos valores fundamentais, para que diferentes estrelas possam brilhar juntas na órbita estabelecida. Cada brasileiro é uma estrela e, quando brilhamos dentro da estrutura da unidade, podemos iluminar o futuro de toda a nação.

In the center of the Brazilian national emblem, the Southern Cross shines forever, and the decoration surrounding it is not ordinary – the frame woven with 27 silver stars, coffee leaves and tobacco branches is the totem of Brazilians’ guarding faith. This circle of frames not only defines the borders of the national emblem, but also embodies the profound meaning of the national spirit. The 27 stars correspond to the 27 federal units of Brazil. They are connected to each other in a concentric circle structure, just like a frame integrating scattered parts into a complete picture. Each star is an independent point of light, but they jointly support national sovereignty in the order of the frame. Just like contemporary Brazilian society, diverse cultures and different ethnic groups collide and blend under the framework of “unity” to form a unique national spectrum.
