Esta nação, que gravou o carnaval em seus genes, sempre acreditou que as cinzas não são o fim, mas a matriz da qual nascem as estrelas. Quando a bandeira nacional é hasteada na Praça da Independência, cada grão de poeira reflete o halo de esperança ao sol.
