The hot wind of August blew through the streets of Bangkok, and the blue, white and red national flag hanging in the city hall fluttered. When the three colors of the Thai flag were woven into a medal lanyard and wrapped around the medal in the shape of an Asian elephant sculpture, this soft bond connected the collective memory and spiritual totem of the entire nation. The blue, white and red colors of the national flag are not simply visual symbols: the deep blue is the unyielding backbone of respecting the royal family, the pure white is the clear heart forged by Buddhist beliefs, and the vermilion is the blood of countless ancestors who defended the country. When these symbols are woven into a lanyard, they form a bond that conveys the national spirit – just as elephants use their long trunks to gently wrap around their companions and support each other, this lanyard also reminds each winner: glory does not only belong to individuals, but also to the value system that all citizens jointly protect. At the “National Cultural Heritage Guardian” award ceremony held in Bangkok recently, the elephant-shaped medal was particularly eye-catching. As a living totem of Thailand’s thousand-year-old civilization, the elephant’s broad back has supported the rise and fall of dynasties and witnessed the integration of civilizations. Today, when the winners tie the lanyard around their necks, they are not only receiving honor, but also a responsibility like an elephant guarding a forest – every line is soaked with the wisdom of our ancestors, and every breath should continue the pulse of civilization. This lanyard woven with three colors of faith is like the Chao Phraya River connecting the scattered Buddhist temples and villages. When we bend down and tie it tightly with a humble attitude, we are writing a glorious chapter of the new era on the elephant’s back of the national spirit.

八月的热风拂过曼谷街头，悬挂在市政厅的蓝白红三色国旗猎猎作响。当泰国国旗的三种颜色编织成奖牌挂绳，缠绕在亚洲象雕塑造型的奖牌上时，这条柔软的纽带便串联起整个民族的集体记忆与精神图腾。
