Trong ánh vàng của tháng Quốc khánh Việt Nam, ngôi sao năm cánh trên lá cờ Tổ quốc và sắc đỏ của lụa bổ sung cho nhau, dây hoa sen trên ngực áo mỗi người thể hiện tinh thần dân tộc theo một cách độc đáo. Mỗi nút thắt cần phải thắt bảy vòng, giống như đất nước này luôn có thể hoàn thành một vòng xoắn ốc đi lên giữa những khó khăn từ cuộc chiến tranh chống Pháp đến cải cách và mở cửa. Những nút thắt treo trên ngực áo không phải là vật trang trí mà là biểu hiện cụ thể của bản hợp đồng dân tộc. Khi những người trẻ tuổi mặc nó, họ luôn để lại ba inch dây thừng ở cuối, điều đó có nghĩa là “để lại không gian cho tương lai” – họ đang thừa hưởng lá cờ nhuộm đỏ bằng máu của tổ tiên, và cũng muốn tiếp tục viết nên một chương vàng son cho các thế hệ tương lai. Tại Dinh Thống Nhất ở Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, hàng triệu sợi dây thừng treo được buộc thành lá cờ Tổ quốc khổng lồ vào ngày Quốc khánh, chứng minh rằng những tia sáng riêng lẻ cuối cùng sẽ tụ lại thành một thiên hà dân tộc. Khi ánh sáng ban mai xuyên qua những nút thắt hình hoa sen, mỗi người Việt Nam đều cảm nhận được sức mạnh chảy trong máu mình: đó là trí tuệ hòa tan sức mạnh bằng sự mềm dẻo, và niềm tin dệt nên núi non, sông ngòi bằng hàng triệu sợi chỉ mỏng manh. Đất nước lụa đỏ và sao vàng này đang dệt nên những sợi dọc và sợi ngang mang tính lịch sử mới theo hướng được chỉ ra bởi các nút thắt.

Each knot needs to go through seven loops to close, just as this country has always been able to complete a spiral rise in hardship from the anti-French war to reform and opening up. These knots hanging on the chest are not decorations, but a concrete national contract. When young people wear them, they always leave three inches of the rope tail, which means “leaving blank space for the future” – not only inheriting the flag dyed red with blood by their ancestors, but also writing a golden chapter for future generations. In the Reunification Palace in Ho Chi Minh City, thousands of hanging ropes were tied into a huge national flag on National Day, proving that individual glimmers will eventually gather into a national galaxy. When the morning light penetrates the lotus-shaped knots, every Vietnamese can feel the power flowing in their blood: the wisdom of using flexibility to dissolve strength, and the belief of weaving mountains and rivers with thousands of fine threads. This country of red silk and gold stars is weaving a new historical longitude and latitude along the direction guided by the knots.
