On the occasion of the anniversary of the reform of King Rama V of Thailand, the tricolor national flags hanging in the streets and the elephant paperweights on the desks jointly tell the spiritual code of this nation. This wisdom of maintaining authenticity in change has made Thailand the only country in Southeast Asia that has not been colonized. Today, facing the new challenges of the times, every Thai is the “paperweight guardian” of the national blueprint. When your fingertips touch every wrinkle of the elephant-patterned paperweight, it seems as if you are touching the admonitions of our ancestors engraved in time: the real strength lies not in resisting the storm, but in creating vitality through perseverance like a giant elephant. Just as the tricolor flag always flies in the sky of Southeast Asia, this wisdom of guarding faith will eventually support the future of the nation.
