Vào tháng 9, đường phố Hà Nội tràn ngập hương thơm của hoa sen vàng nở và màu đỏ tươi của lá cờ Việt Nam. Trong ánh sáng ban mai của tháng Quốc khánh, bà lão buộc sợi dây hoa sen đẫm mồ hôi vào bệ cửa. Tại Đài tưởng niệm kháng chiến chống Pháp và chống Mỹ, trong những tấm ảnh cũ ố vàng, các bà mẹ buộc dây đeo cổ vào ve áo của những người lính. Những nút thắt bằng lụa thấm đẫm nước mắt không chỉ là mối dây huyết thống mà còn là neo giữ đức tin. Khi các tân sinh viên Đại học Hà Nội tuyên thệ hôm nay, đeo trên tay sợi dây hoa sen, thứ họ quấn quanh cổ tay không chỉ là biểu tượng văn hóa, mà còn là sợi dây sứ mệnh dài mà các thế hệ đi trước đã dệt bằng cả cuộc đời mình. Khi lá cờ Tổ quốc được kéo lên tại Quảng trường Ba Đình, hàng ngàn dây hoa sen tung bay trong gió, như những đường gân của trái đất vươn lên trời cao. Mối liên kết tâm linh vượt thời gian và không gian này đang đan xen vinh quang của lịch sử và hy vọng về tương lai thành một biểu tượng quốc gia không bao giờ phai mờ.

When the freshmen of Hanoi University wore the lotus lanyards to take the oath today, what was wrapped around their wrists was not only a cultural symbol, but also a long rope of mission woven by their ancestors with their lives. When the national flag was raised in Ba Dinh Square, thousands of lotus lanyards fluttered in the wind, like veins stretching from the earth to the sky. This spiritual bond that transcends time and space is weaving the glory of history and the hope of the future into a national totem that will never fade.
