Leader of the conference team: General Secretary Chen Xusheng
The whole event took very little time to set up. From the first preparatory meeting held on October 15th to the meeting of the conference team on October 20th, during which some Lions went to Yunnan to participate in service activities, the real preparation time was only 6 days. As the backbone of the conference team, each task and detail were assigned to special personnel.
There are more than 40 members of the committee, including the last and last captains of the service teams, the chairman of the committee and the Lion friends of the Great Love to give. Not only did they contribute, the fruits and cakes of the party were donated by the Lion Friends of the conference team.

He said that the picket team performed its duties smoothly and thanked all the pickets for their hard work. President Xie Yan said that it was a great honor to participate in the 20th anniversary celebration and change ceremony of Lions Club of Shenzhen, China, and that the reception task was very trivial and arduous. We should first confirm the list of leaders and guests, then check the flight number and wait at the airport in advance. Some flights arrive at the airport in the early morning. Mr. Yan has participated in various activities of the Lions Club for many times and has accumulated rich experience in organizing and coordinating. This tribute and inauguration ceremony coincides with the 20th anniversary of the Shenzhen Lions Club of China, so many procedures have been added to the event. In order to ensure that the link is more smooth and accurate, the conference set up a special team to remind the process related personnel to wait. An elite group of 15 people was set up one month before the event. According to the process changes and requirements of the conference, they studied and discussed how to finish the task in a more time-saving and orderly way. In the awarding process, the presentment team held two preparatory meetings according to the award list, divided into 3 groups, and each group was responsible for 4 awarding stages. Leader of Award Group: Huang Shaofang, Chairman of Zone 1
In the first time of receiving the task, Huang Shaofang called on Yishan and other service team experienced and willing backbone lion friends, formed a 22-member award team.
On the early morning of 26th, the whole team arrived at the venue on time and was divided into two groups according to the needs of on-site work: one group was responsible for the site, and the other group was responsible for the site.
The off-site awarding team will mark the names of the winning committees, service teams and individuals according to the medal categories and display them on the left side of the entrance of the venue. Before the event, participants will be guided to receive MEDALS or certificates in the service teams and committees. Nearly 500 awards will be distributed outside the venue.
The awarding team will check the name and number of MEDALS in accordance with the procedures before the event, and arrange special personnel to take care of the MEDALS. In the award ceremony of the evening party, the award team handed 201 MEDALS to Miss Manners orderly and accurately according to the process, making the whole award ceremony smooth and smooth.
