Shenzhen Lions Club to assist Henan flood reconstruction procurement project bidding announcement

The Shenzhen Lions Club plans to provide assistance to Qimen Central Primary School in Xinzhen Town, Linhe School in Shantang Town and Zuowa Central School in Baisi County by donating a batch of smart blackboards, office computers and printers (which can copy test papers) to the three schools. The public bidding for the procurement of materials for this project is now conducted. The bidding contents of relevant matters are as follows:
I. Project overview
1. This project is: Procurement project of Shenzhen Lions Club for reconstruction after flood disaster in Henan Province
2. Publicity period: The publicity period is 3 days from June 16 to 18, 2022.
3. Registration time: Fill in the attached “Bid Application Form”, stamp and scan it, and send it to szlions_pub@163.com as the condition of tender finalization. Deadline for registration: 17:00, June 18, 2022 (Beijing time).
4. Deadline and opening time of tender documents: 3pm on June 19, 2022.
5. Bidding contents: 19 sets of smart blackboards, 16 office public computers and 14 printers (which can copy test papers). The quotation shall include related fees such as taxes, installation fees and transportation fees, and “three packages” shall be provided.

8. No site survey will be organized for this project. The construction sites are Qimen Central Primary School in Xinzhen Town, Henan Province, Linhe School in Shantang Town and Zuowa Central School in Baisii County. The specific school docking personnel will be arranged after the bid is won.
9. The bidder shall provide the bidding document in triplicate. The bidding document shall be sealed, and the official seal or valid signature of the company shall be affixed on the sealed package.
10. The tenderee will not accept the paper tender documents that are overdue or not delivered to the designated place.
11. Bidder qualification examination method: examination at bid opening.
12. Contract signing: within 20 days after the notice of award is issued.
13. The tender document includes the following parts: commercial bid part, technical bid part and price bid part
14. No bid guarantee is required and consortium bidding is not allowed.

In line with the relevant requirements of the national electronic products, with the best investment amount of Shenzhen Lions Club bid.
