Chief Director Du Peng: Never forget the original intention, and work together to achieve a harmonious goal
Due to the epidemic, the time and venue of the charity gala have been modified. It was planned from December last year to June this year.
First of all, I would like to thank President Peng Daojian and General Coordinator Tan Fei for their trust in allowing me to continue as the director of the charity gala this year. The auction group, the fundraising group, the sponsorship group, the party group, the conference group, the etiquette group, the reception group, the finance group, the picket group, the publicity group, the title unit and other sponsors of the charity gala have all made great efforts in the early preparation.
The charity gala finally raised a total of 10,538,968 yuan to show the great love of the Lions of the Shenzhen Lions Club, which laid the fund foundation for the smooth development of the next year’s service activities.
Once again, I would like to thank the Public Publicity Committee and all the Lions on the site for their efforts in the preparation, donation and rehearsal of the charity gala. Yu Xiaoping (Auction team) : Public welfare is not easy, but a 100-year organization is even more difficult. Cherish and respect it
As the leader of the auction team, I feel a great responsibility. It is a very heavy task to get at least 60 lots within one and a half months. We immediately set up a team with Chairman Tang Xue Yong as the deputy leader, and finally finished with a total of 118 lots. The data of 80 lots were finally listed. Due to the epidemic, some lion friends were quarantined in the process of taking lots, and several lots were transferred by air, making it difficult to transport large items. Fortunately, none of the lots was damaged in the end.
I really appreciate the efforts of the team. Without the efforts and efforts of the whole team, we could not have achieved such a successful result. The main work of the lot tracking team is divided into two parts:
The first is the transportation and on-site storage of the lots. For nearly 90 lots, we have to package and arrange them according to the order in the picture album, and show them to everyone in the most beautiful state. We also have to ensure that all the order can be accurate when going on the stage. It took us more than five hours from 10 a.m. to nearly 3 p.m.
The second is to follow up the auction site, record the transaction price, collect the information of the bidders and guide them to the financial payment, including the handover of lots. We need to pay close attention to the on-site bidding process, so as not to let the lots lose the auction. The lion sisters in our team are very good, and they did not make a mistake.
At the same time, I would like to pay special praise to Brother Chen Jinhong of Bijia Mountain Service team, Sister Xu Xinxin of the Sea Long Letter Service team, and the lion friends of the picket group, thank all the lion friends, it is really very impressive, too touching, too difficult, too great!

First of all, I would like to thank the president and the general coordinator of the conference for their close organization and great dedication, which made this charity gala a success and brilliant event. As the leader of the reception group, we set up a team structure of 12 people early. Due to the epidemic, we did not invite foreign guests and Lion Friends this year, so our team was relatively easy. According to the arrangement of the organizing committee, we picked up the older former President Dai Tongxin and his wife. Yang Chunzhao, the former captain of the HSA-Han Service team, was responsible for the transport. Fortunately, the mission was fulfilled!
Through this, I also saw the hard work and responsibility of many groups. I feel proud and proud of being one of them, and I am more confident that under the leadership of the new annual president Peng Dao Jian Shi Brother, the good deeds Pengcheng, to the new!

I am very lucky to be able to participate in the preparation of the annual charity party. Due to the need of epidemic prevention and control, the date of the party has been postponed again and again, and the time is long and happy.
What moved me most was that all the staff members kept the overall situation in mind, performed their respective duties, and braved difficulties to push forward the process. Once again, I witnessed the solidarity of the Shenzhen Lions Club family.
Seo Qiubin (Finance Team) : The 2022 charity Gala will be different
The 2022 charity gala was changed several times due to COVID-19, so it was not easy to hold this time. Thank you for your continued support and dedication! In the process of preparation, the Financial Settlement Center strongly supports the budget and expenditure work of the preparatory groups of the charity gala, including the payment of early tickets, sponsorship, advertising, booth and so on, the collection of the fundraising auction of the charity gala, and the budget and final accounting of the conference expenditure.
Taking the 20th anniversary of the establishment of Shenzhen Lions Club as an opportunity, this party, adhering to the concept of “helping others, serving the society”, adheres to the spirit of “out of heart, effort, attendance, money”, dedicates love, raises a sign for love, raises more service funds for the next year, and carries out more service activities, spreading the love of lions to every corner of the land of China. The 2022 charity gala presents a different kind of brilliance.
Li Zhou (picket group) : You are the most wonderful and lovely lion friends
The picket group was a particularly laborious group, whose members arrived at the meeting before 9 a.m. In the morning, I mainly assisted the conference team, the lot tracking team, the party team and the material handling. In the afternoon, we mainly carried out epidemic prevention work for participants: checking the green code and travel code, supervising the wearing of masks, checking tickets, and maintaining on-site order.
As the party officially begins, all pickets are required to maintain discipline throughout the room, to constantly remind everyone to be quiet, and to stand and patrol at all times. One stop lasted 6 ~ 7 hours. By the end of the meeting, everyone had taken more than 20,000 steps on average. It was very hard work. But the picket group did not have any complaints, are actively sticking to their posts, everyone’s face is filled with pay and happy smile.
This year’s picket group is no doubt a beautiful scenery, our uniform orange picket dress, the color is very bright, hope that the lion friends need to picket can find us at the first time.
Finally, as the picket chief and party picket group leader, I want to give a thumbs up to the picket group. You are the best and most lovely lion friends.

We spent so much time preparing for the charity gala of the Shenzhen Lions Club that we lost count of the number of preparatory meetings, constantly preparing for the charity gala. During the whole party, the conference team was one of the groups with heavy work. Thank you for the great support of the experienced old lion friends and the captains of this year.
The conference team starts to make preparations for material docking a few days before the party. On the day of the party, all the members of our group came to the hotel at 9:30 in the morning and didn’t go back until after 11 in the evening. They were busy but very happy. They raised more than 10 million yuan for charity, which brought the curtain down successfully.
This charity gala is a harvest and growth for everyone involved, as well as a new experience.

From the first appeal materials have been a lot of big love lion brother lion sister support, the work of raising materials is just like the New Year party to raise New Year goods as a routine task; However, due to the uncertain time of the dinner party, we had to communicate the production date, storage, transportation and other issues for the materials we called for many times, which made the coordination and solution more complicated. Since the goods could not be received for a long time, as the leader of the sponsorship team, I had to carefully communicate with each donated lion friend personally on the phone about the specific matters. Each material has its own particularity, and I am grateful for your understanding, tolerance and support.

After much hard work, finally ushered in the day of harvest. Considering many uncertain factors, we still reserved the minimum estimate of the materials present. However, the day was really a surprise and surprise. All the sponsored materials we collected arrived at the venue in full numbers despite various uncertain factors. Really from the heart of “grain gold” moved and joy.
Although the Public welfare Road occasionally rainy late spring, but together we will grow fruit. Zhu Hongwei (Etiquette team) : They are the most beautiful scenery in the party
I specially invited the experienced deputy group leaders Wei Xinxin and Yi Lihua as the deputy general coordinator of the etiquette group, and recruited more than a dozen beautiful sister Lions to assume the responsibility. With their efforts, the work of the etiquette group is guaranteed.
We arrived at the hotel at 9 o ‘clock in the morning and spent the whole 12 hours wearing high heels. The etiquette team was responsible for receiving the lion friends, delivering the lots, wearing garlands to the winners and leading the whole audience. It was very hard and very impressive. They were the highlight of the party. With the joint efforts of all, the charity gala was a complete success.
Because of wearing high heels throughout the evening, until the end of the party, many of the etiquette group lion sister’s feet are swollen like bread, here to the etiquette group lion friends to say hard! I hope to walk with love on the Lion road in the future.
Harvest is a kind of happiness, pay is a kind of happiness. The process of giving is constantly sublimating joy, from a kind of happiness to a greater happiness process. It is because of the constant efforts of the lions that the annual charity party is held successfully.
