Gather professional strength to build internal driving growth of the organization — The Teachers Group held the seventh Regular Meeting of 2021-2022

On May 28, 2022, the 7th Regular Meeting of LIONS Club Shenzhen 2021-2022 was held in OCT Building, Nanshan District. A total of 45 people attended the meeting, including Tan Fei, Director General of the Shenzhen Lions Club, Jiang Xiezhen, head of the teachers‘ group and lecturers. The meeting by the deputy head of permission can serve as the general Assembly president, by Yu Lixia presided over.
Deputy head of the delegation is allowed to make a monthly work briefing, which shows the working status of the teachers group with pictures and data: Organized small and refined internal training, and delivered lessons to the service team, so that the lion friends can establish the vision, Mission and values, learn the organization structure and Cadre Duties of the Lion Club, master the meeting of the Lion Club, understand the Social services of the Lion Club, and know the Etiquette and rules of the Lion Club through Understanding the Lion Club. Through the exhibition, the lecturers firmly believe that even if they cannot provide services anytime and anywhere, they can still learn and share lion affairs online and offline, and spread lion culture.
After the financial report by Ye Wenqin, Wu Zijian brought the demonstration lesson “Vision, Mission and Values”. With the simple language and skilled teaching skills, the present lecters had a deeper understanding of this course. The lecturer should not only know the why, but also the why, must have a deep understanding of the training system and lions practice, only continuous study and practice, in order to be able to give lectures. This demonstration class is the second of 6 general studies courses, presented by senior lecturers from the teaching consultant team.
The new lecturers Yao Li, Gao Rui, Xiong Yan and Li Wei, who have just passed this year’s junior lecturers’ training, also attended the regular meeting. They were impressed by the knowledge atmosphere and self-drive of the lecturers’ group. Several of them expressed their hope to pass the examination of the trial lecture as soon as possible, learn from the predecessors on the road of future lecturers’ growth, and strive to become independent lecturers as soon as possible.
Jiang Xechen, the head of the delegation, mobilized and deployed the 2022-2023 candidate cadre training. He called on everyone to seize the time to practice the class and decide the lecturers to undertake the major training responsibilities through the group PK, so that everyone could master the method of performing their duties before stepping on the new post, not only know what to do, but also know how to do it.
In his speech, Chief Inspector Tan Fei said that as a lecturer, he had gained a deeper understanding of Lions affairs through various internal training and grinding lessons of the club. The club has endowed him with the ability to grow in the Shenzhen Lions Club. Even though he is busy with the lion work, he will continue to participate in various training and activities of the club. He encouraged lecturers to practice their internal skills to empower more lion friends and promote the healthy development of the organization.
The meeting is not only a learning session, but also a warm moment. The lecturers expressed their happiness with roses and sunflowers, and shared delicious cakes with lecturers who had birthdays in April and May.
