Cada 12 de octubre, las franjas rojas y amarillas de la bandera española ondean en las calles, y el castillo, los leones y las Columnas de Hércules del escudo nacional narran silenciosamente el peso de la historia. En ese momento, un cenicero de cerámica con el escudo nacional grabado se coloca discretamente sobre la mesa de un café.
