As the flames rise, the hibiscus petals stretch in the light and shadow, reminding us that the true backbone of the nation lies not in steel and iron bones, but in the sparks dancing in the palms of every ordinary person. This cluster of inherited flames can warm the wanderers in the cold night and also forge the epic struggle of the new era. When millions of hibiscus flames are lit on the peninsula, it is the most sonorous modern interpretation of the spirit of “infinite flowers”.
