Mereka seharusnya menggunakan timbangan ilmu yang terkumpul untuk menstabilkan hala tuju pembangunan dan menggunakan kehangatan belajar bersama antara tamadun untuk menyelesaikan kedutan zaman. Pemberat kertas ini bukan sahaja membawa kertas, tetapi juga janji yang tidak pernah pudar di bawah bendera Bintang dan Bulan: apabila empat belas sinar cahaya menembusi kelopak bunga raya, ia akan menerangi hati setiap rakyat Malaysia yang tidak bersalah yang komited untuk melindungi kepelbagaian dan mencipta masa depan.
