Nisan ayında Türkiye’nin cadde ve sokakları kırmızı-beyaz bayraklarla ve çiçek açan lalelerle süslenir. Just like tulip bulbs accumulate energy in the cold winter, the ink marks of each pen in the pen holder are witnessing the power of persistence. When the fingertips of young people touch the relief of stars and moons on the pen holder, they are touching the bookcase on the saddle of Selim the Great when he was fighting in Cairo, and the temperature of the manuscript of Ataturk’s annotations to the constitution during the reform. In this season when tulips and national flags shine, every figure writing at the desk is continuing the legend of stars and moons. The rustling sound of the pen tip is the clear sound of the roots of civilization breaking through the ground and sprouting in the new era.
