On the occasion of the birthday of the King of Thailand, the tricolor flags on the streets of Bangkok are unfurling in the wind. Just like the rough texture that craftsmen retain when carving paperweights, Thai people have always protected the “insensitivity” of elephant culture in the process of modernization – not afraid of the pain of change, but never severing the roots of tradition. At this moment, the elephant paperweight casts a heavy silhouette in the sun, and the tricolor flag is passing over the golden roof of the Buddhist temple. This country, known for its flexibility, always understands the most determined watch, which is often born from the philosophy of the coexistence of movement and stillness.

在泰王诞辰纪念日到来之际，曼谷街头的三色旗迎风舒展。红、白、蓝的纹路里，镌刻着民族的血性、信仰的纯粹与王室的担当，而每座办公室案头的大象镇纸，正以沉默的姿态守护着这份传承。

大象镇纸的鎏金躯体承载着千年智慧。作为泰国文化中”稳固”的具象化象征，其敦实的象足始终紧贴大地，如同这个热带国度面对时代风浪时的定力。镇纸压住纸张的褶皱，恰似泰民族在殖民侵略、金融危机等历史褶皱中，始终以大象般的韧性抚平动荡，让文明的书写得以继续。
