In the 67-year journey of independence, the red and white stripes have witnessed the heat wave of economic take-off and have also been soaked in the frost of the raging epidemic. But just like the craftsmanship when casting the paperweight, Malaysians have melted the will to persevere in every fold of history. When young students gently touch the warm and cool paperweight shaped like hibiscus petals, they touch the copper nails that their ancestors hammered into the red soil when they founded the city, and the oaths of various ethnic groups cast on the cornerstone of the Constitution. At this moment, looking up at the glorious flag fluttering in the wind, the fourteen rays of light point to the vast sky and are deeply rooted in the cultural soil protected by the paperweight. This is a revelation for the brave: true freedom is always born from the persistence of faith.

八月末的马来西亚，在独立月的金辉中闪耀着民族精神的光彩。当十四道红白条纹在风中舒展，当十四芒星与新月定格在湛蓝的天际，这座赤道之国正以芙蓉花的坚韧，书写着风雨不折的传奇。
